We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster General Manager with a strong background in the paints industry. The ideal candidate will lead sales, channel development, team management, and financial oversight across multiple towns within a defined cluster. Education:

  • Mandatory: Postgraduate in any stream
  • Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office and field sales reporting apps desirable

Experience: 15 – 20 years in a similar leadership role

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: ₹1,40,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (CTC) — includes fixed and incentive components

Reporting To: Cluster Vertical Head

Preferred Industry: Paints only


Sales & Market Penetration:

  • Ensure market coverage and product visibility across all towns
  • Drive volume and value sales across the distributor and dealer chain

Channel Development:

  • Conduct painter meets and leverage marketing tools effectively
  • Expand dealer network in new and existing markets

Team & Performance Management:

  • Handle hiring, performance reviews, and administrative operations
  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams

Financial & Compliance Oversight:

  • Handle audits and follow-ups
  • Ensure financial discipline and cost-control implementation

Reporting & Communication:

  • Provide regular updates on sales, competitors, and market trends
